EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE
We aim to see any emergency patients who are in pain on the same day that they call and we also do our absolute best to try and get you out of pain in the most comfortable way possible.
TREATMENTS WE PROVIDE
We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment plan and available treatment options with you, giving you the time to ask questions and consider the alternatives.
“The reception staff were very friendly and I received an appointment very quickly after registering with the practice. I also took both of my children with me too for a routine check up,the dentist was very nice and made us all feel comfortable.”

PRIVATE DENTAL CARE
Whatever your treatment requirements and budget, we have a complete choice of treatments to help maintain and make the most of your smile.
NHS PATIENTS
Our practice offers the full range of NHS treatment to ALL members of the public whether they are working or non-working (i.e. exempt patients).
Failed appointments and late cancellation policy
Although we understand that things happen, If you are not able to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can allocate the time to someone else. The practice considers any appointment to be ‘missed’ where the patient fails to attend or fails to provide at least 24 hours’ notice on cancellation of an appointment.
Failure to Attend/ Late Arrival
New patients that fail to attend will not be offered another appointment. If you arrive more than five minutes later than your allocated appointment time, then this will be classified as a fail to attend.
Please note that if you fail to attend two appointments in a row or two appointments within a year, we will no longer be able to offer you an appointment. Additionally, if you fail to attend the practice for a check-up for two years, your place will be reallocated due to the high demand for the NHS spaces.
To retain your NHS place, we kindly ask that you attend regular examinations.
